Here's the skinny. My orders from accross the pond always arrive between 8 - 12 days, always like clockwork. My source has come through everytime without delay on no less than 10 occasions. My current order is going on 22 days......today I get the standard slip saying that I have a package at the post office, registered mail that requires a signature. I have not ordered anything & I know it's the gear because of the senders name on the slip (one my source always uses). My source NEVER sends registered mail which requires a signature. What would you do? Since I've never been in this boat my first instinct is to take the loss and not even show up at the post office, but there's a part of my that doesn't want to loose that much cabbage (I know , stupid). I'm sure everyone will have an oppinion on this but I'd like to hear from anyone who has had a similar experience, or any dealings with the post office like this. Thanks & HELP!     | ||

Yep, tried since the first day it was late, he's bogged down with the summer rush order cycles and it takes him over a week to answer emails, so thats no help right now. | ||

I'm thinking if I don't show in a few days it's either a legit screw up and they'll try to send it back to the bogus return address, or if they are waiting to bust me, they will just deliver it to my house & try to get me to sign. Or........how could they bust me at the post office anyway without staking it out? Which I doubt they will do seeing that they have no clue whan I'd show up, plus......if I did sign, brought it home and did the "return to sender" and sat it by the door thing, if they did show I could just say I was taking it back to the PO, my name is altered slightly on the to address anyway. Dunno............just going over some ideas here, I'd still like to hear from a mod on this!!!!! | ||

Do not sign for a package. What you might do is go to the post office. Ask to see the package. If it looks like it may be from your source say it is not yours and you did not order anything. But don't sign for anything. | ||

Yea, thought about that one and thats probably what I'll do, look at it and make sure thats what it is (pretty sure I already know that)and just tell them it's not mine, don't sign for it and go outside and cry over the loss of EQ/Winny/enanth/clen/T3 & B12.......tear are welling up now! | ||

Wait this one out. I know it sucks to have gear put on hold, but your best bet would be to get an answer from your source. I don`t think the "trick" of putting return to sender on it would stand up for you if you are the one who actually goes to the P.O. and accepts the package. Better leave that idea to something that is actually delivered. You never know, sometimes sources change their mailing procedures for their own reasons. Hold tight buddy ! ------------------ | ||

If you do decide to go get it, go first thing in the morning. Get there early and scope the place out. If they take too long getting your package, bail immediately....I had to sign for my package before from UPS. | ||

is your source domestic or international, if its domestic just go sign for the package, lets just say if you were never on the juice and you got the same slip, youd want to know what it is right, you would go right down there and pick it up. Anybody who gets a package in the mail wants to know what it is. then take it home and dont open it or leave it in your ccar for a few days, if they come to bust you say you dont know who its from but you havent gotten around to opening it yet. Just be confident, even if they bust you after you open it jsut leave the gear in the box and say you were trying to figue out what to do with it, or even take it out of the box wrap it up real good in a trash bag and throw it away for a few days and just act stupid about it. | ||

Fuck it...............if its A LOT then don't sign nothing. I've heard from a bunch of people (mods included) that signing isn't the end of the world and is a regular part of the order especially for foreign sorces.......you can always play stupid if its a little. And sign a fake name...who cares....if its not that much I doubt they're stakin out a PO. | ||

Just got this off the steroid law site: The fastest-growing way of getting busted for personal steroid use is by ordering them by mail. I have been consulted or retained on numerous cases of this type. Those who order mail-order steroids (usually over the Internet) run the risk that the delivery can be intercepted by U.S. Customs or postal authorities, precipitating an investigation and potentially an arrest. Many otherwise law-abiding guys have been arrested based on their receipt of anabolics through the mail. Many others were contacted by government agents who confiscated the steroid delivery but did not make an arrest. There is little uniformity in the way these cases are handled across the country, although overall mail volume seems to be a factor. U.S. Customs agents in metropolitan New York, for example, might handle a personal use amount very differently than Customs agents in rural Alabama.

I seriously doubt that U.S. customs is staking out your local post office waiting for you. If you do go get it I would hide it away for a while, because more than likely the post office will inform customs right away when you pick it up. Tough one, but if you hide it right away and they come looking for you you can always tell them it wasnt yours and you threw it away. | ||

Don't ever put it past customs or the DEA to stake out the post office. They waited for two whole weeks to nab a buddy of mine at a mail boxes ect. He came out with the package and they put the cuffs on and he didn't even sign for it. Here's an idea. As long as you don't live in a small town, call the P.O. tomorrow and tell them you are out of town for a few weeks. Let me know that the person picking up your mail has told you about a package that needs to be picked up. First say that since you obviously are not home can they just leave it in the mail box. If that doesn't work ask if you can send your grandmother in to pick it up. If not, then ask them what other alternatives there are since your goin to be gone for so long. Play dumb and pretend you don't have a clue as to what or where this package is or came from. What you are doing is feeling them out so you can get an idea as to what they might be up to. If they say they will hold it till you come back then just tell them to return it to sender. The fishier they sound the better the chance that you've been had. Don't get stupid and pick this thing up. If they arrest you then they have the legal right to take your car and any other possesions that they feel was involed in the crime.(even your house) I know of a guy who even had some of his clothes taken. Even if you are proven innocent after spending a ton of money on a lawyer you will NEVER get you property back. I have taken the time to write this becasue I am trying to help you save your ass. Better to be safe than sorry. For some reason signing for a package makes things a whole lot worse. BE SMART. PS Get the rest of your shit out of your house NOW!!! | ||

MIND YOU I HAD 6000 dbol comming in on 6 speerat packages and they had all of them. I got a lawyer and I plead the 5th. Theat cost 5oo and I was out about 400 for the d. This is EXTREME IN MY OPINION!!!!!!! They must of thought I was selling. I fucked up because I was a rookie at mail order and it was cheap and real shit!!!!!!! ALL I AM SAYING THAT if that give you a number to call, you might be fucked. This is just my expereince. Take whatever you can from my exp. Worst exp of my life.

Reading this post, makes me think you guys in the states are still lucky. When I was posted in Finland I was waiting for a second order of primo (1st one came through fine thanks to excellent packaging) Not only did customs seize my order, but they busted into my hotel room and seized without a warrant the primo from the 1st order! and I got in trouble with them afterwards... I know getting your package seized sucks man - still: some you win some you lose... better luck next time. | ||

beefmaster.... you got 42 responses... most were some good advice. What is your problem, most people dont get that many responses. You have heard the options, now make up your own damn mind. Either take it as a loss, which would be a smart thing to do... after all, its only money which is easily re-made. Or you can be a stubborn guy and try to retrieve it. You alredy got the best advice on here, which is to consult your source, you should be pissy at him and not the mods. If you decide to get it w\o consulting your source you are taking a big risk, especially because he has never sent that way before. So wake up and realize you got a lot of good advice, and just decide what you are going to do already. | ||

I concur 100%, yes I got some good advice that backs up my gut feeling about it. But I seem to remember a similar post which I can't locate in the search which was a "mod majority" advice section that had alternatives like , sign the slip & leave it on your door for the next delivery, then do the return to sender deal & wait it out, have someone else try & retrieve it and say they are house sitting, sign for it, stash it and when they come, have your house clean and say you took it back to another post office when you realized it wasn't yours..........See the thing is I know that the mods know this stuff & I'd like to see what they have to say, thats all, plain & simple. If pissy is what I'm getting then I appologize but I don't think it's asking to much, and from what I read above other board members feel the same way, except for stew of course. | ||

Bro, another mod from a pay board told me that it doesn't matter if you sign or not. If they suspect or detained contraband or control substances in your package, they can nab you, if they want, whether large or small (i am kind of in the same situation!). First off, is it at US postal or a mailbox etc... type? | ||
