quik question.i workout first thing morning.am i better off taking my hgh shot an hour after waking up and then going to the gym or am i better off waiting till after the gym and taking the slin and hgh together.thanks in advance     | ||

The slin should be used post-workout. The GH shots should be split up into an injection in the morning and one in the evening. | ||

anybody lse.i know the slin should be post workout but what about the hgh.would it be more beneficial before workout | ||

I agree with 2thick for the most part. If your bulking dont use HGH without the insulin. Just use a second insulin dose in the AM with half your daily HGH then the other half with your insulin dose post workout. I use 1.5iu HGH and 5-10iu Humilin R once in the AM and once in the PM for a total of 3iu HGH and 10-20iu Humilin R per day. Dont forget your carbs. | ||

take the GH immediatley upon rising in the AM and last thing before bed in the PM. | ||

Jae - How the hell do you ensure you dont become hypoglycemic while asleep? I think taking it before bed is asking for trouble. I also think anyone that has used insulin has had at least on close call where they had to eat a lot of sugar quick to keep from passing out. Id hate to be in that situation while Im asleep. Something to think about. | ||

i know how to use insulin i was just asking if it made a difference if i took the hgh before or after my workout.i go to the gym at 700am. | ||

It doesnt matter if you take the HGH before or after - but the insulin works better post workout, and HGH is more effective when taken with insulin. |
