I just finished an 8wk cycle of decca 400mg and sus500mg per wk and I went from 178lbs to 199lbs,and dopped bf from 17.5 to 16.5. I took nolva a twice near the end for sore nipples. This caused me to drop down to 190lbs over a few days and I know that this was mostly water.I was fine with my gains at 190lbs. I am now finishing off my cycle with fina only at 75mg eod.I'm into wk2 of a 4wk fina only as I finish my 12wk cycle.Since on fina I've also used eca twice daily.Here's where I'm freaked out Yesterday I stepped the scales and I'm down to 187lbs,this morning I'm down to 185lbs WTF!!!!I'm 45yrs old, training for 7yrs, I eat clean all wk except saturdays, and I do 1grm of protein per lb of body weight.So guys help!!!What's happening???????

The first thing I would say, is to up your protien, up to at least 1.5 g per pound. Second, how do you look, one good way to tell is to take before pictures. Sounds, kinda corny, but this will remind you what you were when you started. I bet you are 185 and have gained 15 and lost quite a bit of fat. Check you BF% again, and do it twice at the same time, this will cut down on errors.

i would up my protein a bit any i would also get on some creatine if you arent already. when i come off a cycle i always go on creatine, it seems to help me.

Here are some things to help----

1---Are you using CLOMID??? If not get some and start using it----IT will get you natural test going again...Big help

2---Start taking creatine, glutamine--

3---Eat like your still 200lbs

4---More protein 1.5-2grams per lb

5---Workouts have to change accordingly--you are going to lose some size and strength

screw that scale go by the mirror
your body composition has just changed gained muscle lost fat
i know easier said then done its a psych thing with that scale
