when shall i start to carb-up? what carbs shall i eat? oatmeal and yams or candy and fruit? how exactly shall i drop my water intake over the last week? shall i train the last week? cardio last week? thanks very much! | ||

ready, start taking notes saturday show deplete sun, mon, tues, on these days progressively lower carbs like so. say you baseline carb intake during your diet was 300gr, then on sun take 170gr, mon 75gr, tue 38grm, during these days keep sodium high ies mustard whatever. take in doubleyour water on those days also ok carb load wed, thur, fri that magic number of your baseline x's 1.75 means an intake of 525gr a day, they should consist of white potatoes, rice, oatmeal, rice cakes. water drops starting thursday if you were taking in 2 gallons earlier in the week then its 1 gallon on thur then 1/2 gallon on fri and just sip on sat zero out the sodium on thur train light high reps sets on sun mon tues no training on wed thur fri light body pump 2 sets per body part keep an eye on your self when carb loading and adjust as needed good luck | ||

get ketosis strips to see when ur glycogen levels are depleted then load after pre-judging! minimise water with a sun bed and sauna b4..if u drop water too quick u'll look flat! ------------------ | ||
