I would say take in AT LEAST 300g a day, but shoot for closer to 400.

NO WAY, AT LEAST 1 GRAM PER LB OF BODY WEIGHT. THATS ALL YOU NEED, PROTEIN SHAKES HELP OUT ALOT.

This is what I'm talking about. Does some have a more medical explination. I'm on A stacked cycle of Sustanon 250/d-bol. My buddie told me that your body will only take in about 35g of protien at a time. So the question is should it be more frequntly that I load up or what. I don't want to screw this up. I see now my biggest mistake was not comming here before I started my cycle.

The rule of thumb is 1 to 2 gm of protien per lb of body weight.

For me 1 gram/lb is plenty. I've eaten 1.5 -2 grams before, and didn't see any difference. Maybe just alittle fatter.

so 1 to 1.5 grams is a good starting point right! From there I guess I can monitor the results and make adjustments if needed.

Protien shakes are wonderful. Getting tired of 6-8 cans of tuna a day.

Thanks guys

I tend to stay around 1.5-2. I've taken 1g per body weight . I tend to grow better with a higher protein intake.

split up 35g of protein in equal measures throughout the day and most important have a meal rich in protein before the wee hours of bedtime as to prevent catabolic effects.hows that...

1-2 grams perlb-I have seen a difference though when I consistently have gotten my 2 grams-especially with things like decca or eq.

Bro remember that "supplements" especially methanrostenelone(d-bol) increase nitrogen retention I pesonally use two grams per pound of bodyweight I have used more but not really noticed a difference on the flip side don't go any lower that 1 gram per pound of bodyweight. Lastly canned tuna is crap you're a better man than me for doing 8 cans a day. seriously watch the canned tuna even the low sodium has lots of sodium. the "supplements" will give you all of the extra cellular retention you need so extra sodium is just gonna have you looking doughy not puffy, doughy! I agree that shakes are cool but make sure it is a whey isolate and not some concentrate again watch the salt I love the way isopure tastes but 300 mg sodium per serving is too much. Use shakes in addition to good whole foods, chicken breast, fresh fish, and lean steaks. email me if you need more info. Blow up bro.
