Whatup im 16.
I think i read a post the other time about "IF YOUR MUSCLE ISN'T SORE, THEN YOU SHOULD BE IN THE GYM!"
You guys recommend if youre natural to train once a week (1 bp a week)

I trained bis on monday. Wednesday afternoon they were not sore anymore. Is this that i recover pretty quick, or is it just still recovering and i dont know it (and thus i should not train em today)

Im about to hit the gym, and im wondering whether i should do a biceps routine today as well.

So, basing it on your previous experience
Should i train bis yes or no?

PEACE

REPLY SOON!

Just because they are not sore doesn't mean they are done recovering. You shouold probably hit the gym a little more intense if you are not sore now though.

Ok, so then could someone give me some advice on this?
This is my situation:

I do many sets of various bicep exercises (up to 4 different exercises, pyramiding 3 sets).
But I cannot go more intense, because I go up to the point that I can't lift my 6 rep maxs anymore and I have to go lower weights.

Is going lower good enough?
I know its probably better than nothing, but is it worth it?

**People told me that I recover so fast
because Im a teenager and have raging hormonal balance thus i recover fast.

That's understandable, but should I buy into that? Cuz i dont want that to remain an excuse for no training more intense!

HELP ME OUT HERE!
THANK YOU!

bro if your natural your muscles can take anywhere from one month to a month and a half to fully recover, you need to train like this, one body part a day, ex:
mon-chest
tues-back
wed-legs
thur-shoulders
fri-arms
work abs, calves and forearms atleast 3x a week, this should help you out some. try this method and it will get you started in the right direction, then after about 3 months of this then you will be able to advance your training.

Listen to CN1, he knows what he is talking about. That is the basic routine I follow and it is working, I am 19 now and weigh 280, I have prob, 12 to 14 BF, but I am 6'5. Eat every three hours, each time eat till you feel like your gonna puke. Be consistent, and read everything you can get your hands on to learn more. Just hang in there and it will come.
