I work out 4 times a week, very hard.

Should I expect to, or should I, or will I be able to .... train more often, with more intensity, and do more sets ..... while ON?

You'll be able to train longer, more frequently and with greater intensity. However, be aware that your joints, tendons, ligaments are not gaining strength like your muscles. Just dont push it too far.

Not only will you physically be able to train harder and more but you will mentally want to train harder and longer! Thats one of the great things about gear, you can bust your ass every day and still be fresh the next day. When I'm on I work out 2x per day like 5 or 6 days a week. I hit all body parts twice a week that way and love every minute of it! Just be sure your eating right and getting enough sleep and the results will drive you on even further!

Please dont follow Dr Jays advice. Keep the four days a week regime but keep pushing for more reps and heavier weights. Also forced reps and partials (like on seated calves, ect) will be to your advantage. You can still overtrain on juice b/c the amounts you are taking are moderate. Your muscle tissue does heal much faster while on but remember that the nervous system can still get overworked. In this case the sum of the parts cannot equal more than the whole. Good luck.

You'll definitely want to work out more and for longer durations. I am comming off of my first cycle and let me tell you, every day I can't wait to get done with work so I can spend time in the gym. You can lift heavier and do more sets, it's like your muscles don't get tired, it rocks. Also, they repair much quicker too. You could have spent two hours doing chest and then in two days your back doing the same thing. Being on is the best, I just hope I can readjust to being off....

Whatever dude! I was simply giving him an example him what I do when I'm on - NEVER did I tell him to do the same. I don't know how many cycles hes done or what his experience level is - after all everyone is different!

I use the same 4-day split on cycle and off.
But off cycle, I will spread that over a week or so. On a cycle, I try to go to the gym very day, thus hitting each workout 1.5 or 2 times a week instead of one. (But sometimes real life intervenes and I still only get to the gym 4 times a week on cycle.)

I also add more sets when on a cycle (like I'd say 25% more).
