I've had tendonitis in my shoulder for about two weeks and its pissing me off, I've only been able to do legs and some arms. Anybody else had this, and do you have to wait until there's no more discomfort, or can you start lifting with it gradually again?

Thanks

Take a rest bro or you will make it worst, I've been having it for over a year because I didn't stop and rest. when you start back make sure you warm up very good with light weight on the exercise that hurts you it helps.

You could probably benefit from doing shoulder external rotations with a 1 or 2 pound weight(can use a can of soup and do it at home)in the sidelying position with elbow flexed at side to 90 degress(therefore lifting against gravity). I see too many shoulder injuries because people neglect the external rotators. As soon as they start strengthening them they usually notice a huge difference in decreased pain.
