right now im on a d-bol and test cycle and i am currently taking about 700mg of milk thistle a day of course for my livers sake.
i have primerose oil in capsusls at 1300mg a gell cap, i was just wondering how much primerose oil i should take a day and what other supps are a must that i should be also taking? oh yeah and vitamins duh. gotta take your vitamins. thanks for your help and support bros.

h2o and creatine. The AS will shuttle the creatine into the muscle much better than when you are not 'on'.

I use creatine as well, most of the time I use it in conjunction with slin and AAS.

I take Flax seed oil, milk thistle. Haven't done the primrose oil yet but am considering. Flax seed oil works as an antiestrogen as well and will help prevent acne breakouts during a cycle (I've read this and had the personal experience). I take about 750 mgs Milk thistle per day and 1.5 TBS of Flax Seed Oil.

Creatine's the big one i'm taking while on. Works great by itself but awesome with gear. Flaxseed oil, multivitamin/mineral, and i know im gonna get shit for this but i also take soy protein. It actually does make me feel better, more aware, just better in general. Tastes like shit though.

Not sure if you guys consider these supplements, but here ya go:

30G Glutamine powder
1 daily vitamin
1200IU / E
2000mg / C
198mg / Potassium *helps cramps*
8000IU / A
1200mg / Calcium
6 Aminos

...that's what I take, along with protein of course.
