Im talking about the area where the arm and the shoulder kinda meet just above the bicep and right below the shoulder. Im pretty sure its probably part of the shoulder, but I just want to try to get that area the same size as the rest of my arm, b/c I dont like the way it looks now. I do shoulder press, dumbell raises, shrugs, and a bunch of other shoulder excercises. Thanks alot.

I think it's genetics bro, I have the opposite problem my upper arms are huge and they taper down to the elbow and I have smaller joins. I have been working hard to "fill out my arms" for over a year now. I have never focused on any of the proposed "upper" arm excercise, they just grew that way. Gotem up to 19" now and they still are not shaped the way I like, gonna have to go over 20 before they fill out I think.

Hammers do my inner upper bis very well. I dont know about the upper outer bis though. One thing I noticed is that once I started doing alot of close grip pull ups with my hands facing toward me, my biceps filled in everywhere very nicely. That excercise solved the disrpoportionate upper/lower bicep thing for me well and just made it all one big bubble.

youre talking about peak man. make sure to contract the bi's hard and not swing or jerk the motion. better yet do half reps with cable curls and flex between sets like arnold always said picture your arms like mountain peaks and with enough effort youll see em grow.

That is my WORST fuckin bodypart! My brother has huge bi's but is lacking in tri's and I'm just the opposite- decent tri's and shitty ass bi's. I know that doesnt help just venting about my weak ass bi's.
