I'm blessed to have wednesday afternoons free and it is one of my rest days...So I nap. It's fuckin great. I take my rest seriously I guess. The little things we can do to optimize results often go over looked. Been incorperating napping on wednesdays and sundays into my routine and I feel fantastic.

I nap maybe 1-3 hours every other day. I have to start power napping(sleeping for no more then 30min).

i nap, but unintenionally. when i lay down, 5 minutes later i'm out cold. i sleep a lot at nights too. i guess its from hitting the weights so hard during the day.

I nap too much! my girl works second shift and I gotta be at work at 6AM so I need those suckers. Gotta sleep to grow, bottom line.

i take a nap for about an hour after every workout. it really does wonders hitting up a nap right after some high intensity workout.

I used to nap every day, but recently I've had difficulty falling asleep at night. I'm trying to cut out the naps until I get my sleep schedule back on track. It sucks because the nap was always the best part of my day!
