More Cardio. Some of the most ripped people I know never work their abs. 2 hours cardio 6 days a week. A friend of mine how just competed said he hadn't worked his abs in about six months.

Genetics OR overtrained...switch ab routine and do less reps on yer ab work out bro.

I AGREE SOME PEOPLE NEVER SEE THERE ABS, IT IS POSSABLE THOUGH. WHAT IT YOUR BODY FAT % RIGHT NOW. I WAS ALWAYS AT FAT KID AND WHEN I FINALLY WORKED ALL THE WEIGHT OFF MY ABS WERE THE LAST THING TO SHOW, THEY STARTED TO SHOW AROUND 8-10% BODY FAT ON ME. GOOD LUCK ON SEEING THOSE ABS

eating right?? make sure you cut out ALL simple sugars and saturated fats for at least
3-4 weeks and no more carbs after 7pm. and drink a ton of water/day if you want throw in some clens. i guarantee theyll come out.

bro, work out your abs first, before you start doing whatever it is you are going to do at the gym that they. do three burnout sets of leg raises on a bench.(make sure you keep legs straight and crunch on the way up) do 3 sets of cable pull downs.( heavy sets 10-15 reps) then do 3 sets on an ab machine, again heavy sets!!! switch these around every week, and make sure you they are not sore when you work them. This is your priority. I never had abs, I did this for 2months(2years ago) -- beautiful abs. I'm on a bulking cycle right now and I'm not tanning yet and you can see my abs at 12% bf. since you are doing the dieting and the cardio I'm not going into that. I'll assume that you are walking on the treadmill(20mins) aside from cardio. thus, it burns more fat than running while keeping muscle mass.

It's all about the Cardio on an empty stomach and keeping the low carbs. I have felt the same way as you in the past, but once you get there you know you can do it again and again. UP the cardio and cut the carbs, and you'll be happy on the beach.

It's all about diet, cardio, and low low body fat. I obtained my BS degree in Health, and I can't even diet right to see my abs. I can tell I am close, but need more cutting. Cardio 5 days a week, abs 3 days a week (heavy) give them plenty of rest, and low low carbs with high protien and keep that up for 2 months stright and you will see abs.

Good luck, my problem is I diet right for about 2 days then I eat pizza and drink beer. T3 and clen will also help, trust me..

its 90% diet man im sure i can nit pic what youre doing wrong just be sure if you make up your mind dont slack off with eating garbage. stay away from all dairy products
and with cardio hit it 1st thing in the a.m.
on an empty stomach 3 times/week make sure to up the protein according to your weight.
and most important a gallon of H2O/day.
throw in that clens too and youre set.

Man... I must be the only one on earth who becomes ravenous on clen. I hit cardio 5 days per week, 1 hr in am before meal, dropped carbs and raised protein.

supplemented w/ 300 dec, 200 cyp, 1 cc winny ed, 5 clen daily (alt w/ eca).

Then my kidneys started to hust so bad I couldn't stand straight, so I drank a few gallons of cranberry juice and took handfulls of milk thistle.

After 2 weeks I was starving my ass off!!! I needed food ALL the time!! I'm so hungry I can't sleep at night!!

What the hell am I gonna do???????

I'm afraid to get an anorexant as that will likely drop my motivation for the gym or treadmill and I think they are catabolic as hell!

Anyone w/ similar experience or suggestions, appreciated.

Dump the weights - that won't work.

Make the bastards burn!

Crunches are the way! But focus on technique.

A good friend of mine was complaining of the same thing: "I do 300 situps a night and no abs"

I watched him and although he looked like he was doing the right things he wasn't.

Here's my tip, if you do it right you'll be lucky to push out 50.

** As you sit up, squeeze in a fashion that makes your sternum follow a straight line to your pelvic bone. That is don't let your sternum arc over your pelvis. **

It doesn't sound like much, but it works. No weights, on your back - and do it!

If it doesn't burn real fast, your not doing it right. Take is slow, the faster you go, the less concentrated you are on the technique.

Do 50 now, and tell me how it goes.
