thinking of switching to this workout, need to know what you guys think..........

monday-chest barbell presses
incline bb press
incline db flyes
tuesday-legs bb squats
bb lunges
leg curls
stiff leg deads
bb calf raises
wednesday-off

thursday-arms bb curls(straight bar)
incline db curls
skullcrushers
close grip benches
friday-shoulders bb military presses
db front raises
upright rows
shrugs
abs on mondays and thursdays and 20-30 min of cardio on tues and saturdays.

all sets are 6-8 repetitions with last set to failure pyramiding weight up on each set.
im trying to mass up some before i start cutting for the summer will run this workout for 8 weeks along with my cycle!

weighted chins

looks good but you need to add some to the back routine such as bent over and one arm rows every other week switch off and also dumbell curls as opposed to BB.

i was going to run this workout for just 8 weeks along with my gear, should i switch it off anyway? also are you saying i need to add more to my back routine?

You need to switch your workouts up everytime, I couldn't do the same workouts. Besides allowing you to hit the muscles at diffrent angles, it prevents burnout. Unless you only have limited equipment, in that case it looks good.

i guess im confused, i wanted to do heavy compound exercises while i was"on" to try and mass up, before i started cutting. i was going to switch the workout once the cycle was over, and go back to changing my routine every 3 weeks as i used to do.

yes BB's always switch no matter what actually the muscles grow by 'confusing' them
also as far as back is concerned picture it as a tree. you have lower,width and thickness
(mid). if your starting with pulldowns change
either the grip of the exercise every other time than come down to mid starting with rows
finally lower either hyper extentions or deadlifts..boom your done.
