Does anyone know how Deca either eases joint pain or aids in joint injury recovery? I recently messed up my shoulder and I am thinking about starting a cycle with deca as one of the components. As a side question: I've been off cycle for about 3 weeks, what is the minimum amount of time I should wait before cycling again? I've heard 2 months, but other input would be apreciated. Thanks.

Deca like most other AS, help you retain water. It is this water that envelopes the joint and muscle to help with 1) rebuilding, 2) reconstructing, 3) redeveloping. It is not the AS itself but what the As does in the human body.
