You look fine bro, i am just like you in that same aspect of being paranoid of being fat when trying to add size. People here and there at the gym ask me if i am still ripped too. If you're trying to add size, you are not going to stay shredded, but you can still stay very lean. You still can see your abs and you have good cuts on your upper torso, arms/shoulders. F those people, reply back to them "When are you EVER going to be ripped?" The little bf% you add can easily be stripped once your cylce is concluded with diet and some cardio. Bottom line: Your NOT fat LOL. | ||

Your looking fine, quit being worried about it so much. Then people will say you have a problem. At first I was a little nervous. I your left hand side I thought that was your nip way up there and the other one being in the lower half. Had me skert. But other then that fine. I just wish I could see my nips. Them things have gone under my pecs nowhere to be seen. People think I am odd for not having them. | ||

Ronnie and the others you mentioned, their stomachs stick out because of all the use of hgh-----these guys have hardly any fat on them because of things like lipo-spot reduction-pgf2-synthol-dnp-and the list go on and on-----their is no off time for any of these guys-----conans69 stack if you remember it would be considered mild for them-----But their stomachs are bloated because of hgh---- | ||

OK, and now please explain why HGH bloats the stomach. Somebody said it actually makes the inner organs grow too. I don't think that can be right. It's funny to see guys with hard looking belly, clear deep cuts, but the thing is convex, not even flat! BB | ||

By Stats I presume you mean size, weight etc.? I am 5'8", 215Ibs, no clue of bodyfat% we don't have that stuff here in Hong Kong, but you can get an idea from the pics. Waist 32", arms 19", haven't measured anything else for a while. | ||

You`re not fat at all but your arms aren`t 19" . I have 20" arms and my bodyweight is 112kg (250-26-lbs). I can`t believe the are 19", they looks small. | ||

For your arms to be 19" and your waist 32" you basically are saying your arms are almost 2/3 of your waist size. Looking at the picture they seem to be a less than 1/2 the size of your waist. Putting your arms at about 16" maybe 17" if your pushing it??? | ||
