My first show is in three weeks! I have been on 500mg sos every five days + a little EQ for almost eight weeks so far. I started out with 2 abombs per day for the first five weeks, but have dropped them because my left side started to hurt. I have been low carbing like a crazy person, drinking gallons of distilled H20, and I have no energy at all, to get through workouts, or deal with anything. I usually fall down and cry after a set of squats, but I got 10 reps ass to the floor with 4 plates! I started drinking 50mg winny every morning with my ECA stack before hitting cardio first thing in the AM. I am 6 ft tall 209 pounds, and 7% body fat. I am strong as a mother fucker and I can see my abdominals now. I really need to loose more fat, but I am going absolutely crazy trying to deal with the job and the GF and moving to a new house, etc. etc. etc, plus I am roid raging and trying to kill people in traffic and stuff. Should I drop the test right now and run EQ and winny and ECA until the show? Plus I have to go take a polygraph drug test and tell those bastards that I don't even know what AAS are! Does anyone have any advice about how I can keep my shit together, pass this poly test, and be like around 5% for the show. VERY HUNGRY, Milosaur | ||

You are juicing for a tested(polyraphed) competition. Is this normal practice in a natural show. Which organazation are you competing in. Thank you I am debating to stay natural and hopefully compete one day or juice and just get big. I will never compete in an juice is loose event as I will not put my body threw that amount of drugs. Info on this would help me out greatly thanks. | ||

miles: Why are you competing in a natural show if you aren't? If you beat truly natural guys, how can such a win mean much? Why not just go to the trophy store and buy a trophy, if you want one so badly? | ||

I agree with JAy2. Last year was my first year to compete at the age of 38years. I did great one 3rd place and two 2nd places. All none tested shows. Some of my friends know about drugs in the sport and would ask me "why are you not doing natural shows"? I just said my body has much more mass then those guys and it would not be real competion for me. I'm only a middle weight. So most people believe I could be natural. I was natural until 2 years ago. I'm a very lite user. I will say that most of the natural shows have alot of guys that know how to beat the system. It's all in the timing of what drugs they do. | ||

I bet it is not the androgens that is making you angry, but the fact that you haven't had a cheeze burger and large fries for a couple of months. I wouldn't stop taking the androgens, it is just you diet, or lack of, that is the culprit, I don't want to tell you to eat something out of schedule, but I don't think one, "cheating" meal will destroy you. | ||

First off you are a jerk for competing as a natural.. Anyway, I competed at 5% before and I was the fatest guy in the show. People aim for 3-4% by the calipers. Being 3 weeks out you have a lot of work to do. I am experienced and dedicated and could drop 3% in 3 weeks but I would lose mass as well. I don't know if you can put it all together. Keep as much AAS in there as you can. Don't take the test out. Do cardio atlest 1 hour per day and 1.5 hours would be better. Get T3 if you can... Cut out all fat and carbs eat only protein and vegetables. Carb up only the last 24hours so you lose fat all the way to contest day Go low calorie like 2000cals per day! It's tough and I can relate. Eat well but eat clean. A cheat meal once a week is fine and you can still diet. At 7% you are about the same as me except I'm 9 weeks out! You have to start doing some cardio and keep the AS for the size and contest prep. I would drop the test a couple of weeks out because or water retention unless you are using diuretics. Drexx has the right idea but I think you have enough without the test to keep progressing. You can really tell the difference between 6% and 4%. It's like night and day and it really stands out so you want to get in the best condition possible. I don't agree with you cheating though , if you are going to juice ... compete with other juicers cause you are all playing the same game. Natural guys are limited in what they can do and it really puts you in an unfair advantage. |
