o.k. here goes: squats 4 sets x 6 reps notations:choose a weight in which you can only perform 6 perfect reps to failure.on squats,make sure that your ass practically touches the floor.on sldl,stretch those hams and feel the stretch.as for step ups(i know,i know...pussy exercise)keep a steady motion and make sure you find a bench high enuff...at least 1 foot off ground!you'll be singing a different tune about this exercise at the end of your workout.i was on this program for 8 months str8t and i obtained tremendous mass and strength on my legs.along w/ proper diet,your legs will be massive and detailed,demonstrating a complete package.good luck and hit those fuckers HARD AND INTENSE! ------------------ | ||

this is fun warm up. then do 10 sets of 225lbs for 15 reps. 2 minute rest between each set, grab a stopwatch and have fun. If you're a big mofo then just up the weight to 275 or 315 or whatever. | ||

Want to puke? Non Lock Squats 3 sets 10 reps narrow stance front squats. And use two minute rest between sets. I added big time mass on my legs using this. Intense. | ||

This is mine: Quads Hammy's I can't walk for three to four days after this. It all comes down to the intensity you put into it. After squats alone I'm noodle legged. Then the shear force of the leg press sled crushing down upon you puts your quads and glutes through hell. To finally burn the hell out of the quads I roast them with concentrated leg extentions. When I get of the leg extention seat I can't really walk any more. I fucking love leg day! [This message has been edited by Beezers (edited March 21, 2001).] | ||

Try this on for Size Eat a banana 2 horus before and have water on hand (gauranteed to make you cramp during session) warm up / stretch 4 sets of front squat *Personal best 4 sets reg squats
4 sets leg ext 4-6 reps toes in stiff legged deadlifts w 315 #'s 2 sets

mine is simmilar to beezers leg press: I increasing weight up to 1000lbs Squats: 4 sets Reps: 12,12,12,12 Walking lunges: 3 sets 20lbs db Leg extentions: first 3 sets increase weight then my secret to success is have a partner assist you up on you 4th and 5th sets. Bring the weight up then have him push down on the leg pad and try to fightfor 8 reps. Finish with stif legs. 4 sets | ||

GOD! I love leg day ....sorry those guys pretty much have it covered the only other thing i do after squats is on the last 3 sets i immediately go to a pole or whatever grab with an arm and continue to squat until it is impossible to perform any more i repeat this on the last 3 sets!!! | ||

hello, you havent trained legs until youve done giant sets leg extensions 10 reps straight to squats 10 reps straight to leg press 10 reps then hack for 10 reps all that is one giant set, try to do four giant sets without throwing up good luck | ||

ONLY DO THIS ONCE EVERY 4 OR 5 WORKOUTS I did this quad workout with an insane, and huge, natural guy one time. We started with only 1 plate on each side, ya laugh it up, but we did it for 100 reps! Then add another plate and do 35 reps, add one more and do 15, if you are one hard core bastard try and go to 405 for 6 or 8, but good luck on that. Crawl over to the leg press and put on a few plates do three sets for 12 to 15 reps. Have somebody carry you to the leg ext. mach. and do three sets for 10 reps, but go heavy. This workout will get tons of blood to your quads, and after about 4 or 5 months you will see bigger veins inyour legs, and they will grow fater when you do your heavy stuff. Have fun, also might want to rent a wheel chair for 2 or 3 days after this workout | ||

Ahhhhh you guys are killing me. I can actually make myself go 3/4 blind by doing squats. The high rep stuff gets me (15-20). I love doing sets of 6-10 squats. It's like a drug. I can't believe you mo'fo's do drop sets on squats. I would pass out...literally. | ||

Pick a weight you can normally get 12 reps with, now do twenty, you'll have to take deep breaths in between reps once you hit 10, and it'll take all your mental strenght to get the 20.Rack the weight, rest 1 min then shoot for 15, same deal.Rest one min go for 10.Rest one min go for 5.This is a killer you'll also have a lower back pump like you wouldn't believe, and your finished in about 10-15 mins.If your able do do anything else after this,you didn't work hard enough. ------------------ | ||

When it comes to leg training, ya go to Charles Polquin. T-Mag has a copy of his quad program in the archives (I don't cut and paste to look smart). Many have tried this program, few have survived. You will crawl out of the gym, not the first day or two, but for weeks. |
