whenever im gonna make a post or reply, i give my own real world experience. im not a dr or biochemist but i ve beenaroundalongtime and i haved developed a hopefully this year pro physique. im not here to argue or debate, the reason i like this board is b/c you get so many varying words of wisdom. my goal here is to use this as a tool to occupy my time while dieting, help a bro when i can and try to keep someone from hurting themselves. and hopefully learn a long the way. thanks afetr reading this i dont know if i should post it sounds pretty wishy washy -blame it on the diet | ||

man i love getting posted back too, i know my hormones are out of whack but it just feels like i have some support. the reason im up late is b/c i work the midnight shift, so on my days off i keep close to those hours in order to get those damn 9 meals in. | ||
