YOU ARE RIGHT BOOM. MUSCLE TECH STUFF IS OK, ITS JUST WAY OVER PRICED. I LIKE TO TAKE CREATINE DURING A CYCLE. JUST NOT CELL TECH. I WOULD RATHER SPEND THE MONEY ON SOMETHING THAT REALLY WORKS, LIKE ANADROL....

Guys, stop flaming the poor guy...
Cell-tech is basically composed of 10g Creatine+75g Glucose+200mg ALA per serving. Its a good creatine transport system except it is OVERPRICED. You could buy one of its clones for half the price of cell-tech.

Creatine will hydrate your muscles and give you a fuller appearance and make you a little stronger and noticably heavier. It's a one shot deal though...you don't keep growing and growing. You get off, you lose it. You get back on...you get it back. I don't think permanent benefits of Creatine have been proven to my satisfaction although I have a hunch that there are some. I'm not convinced that the special delivery systems are any good. Creatine Monohydrate powder is getting pretty cheap...who cares if you have to take more?

I disagree. Insulin has been shown to greatly increase creatine transport. Hence the 75g of glucose. ALA has been shown to greatly increase glucose transport into the muscle cells, hence more creatine gets transported.

I'm sorry. I wasn't clear. Yeah, I agree that the transport stuff works (probably). I'm just saying creatine monohydrate is cheap so you can afford to take more. I admit I haven't done the math. I'll bet you could get damned good results by mixing with Coke or Pepsi (American only). That's solid glucose due to a federal corn subsidy. Coke and Pepsi outside the US is sucrose. The bubbles and the caffeine might help too.

no, the caffine wouldn't help. caffine pushes water out of cells. if you wanna get the most from creatine, don't drink caffine because you are actually neutralizing the affect of it. the creatine is trying to pull water in, and the caffine is trying to push water out. ------------------ it takes a big man to cry, but it takes an even bigger man to laugh at that man

no creatine and eca is not a good idea as eca has dieuretic properties and forces muscles to expel water while creatine tries to do the opposite. Alcohol is also not that good an idea as it does basically the same thing
