OK IM STARTIN TO GET PISSED HEARIN THAT EVENTUALLY IM GONNA LOSE EVERY FUCKIN POUND THAT I PUT ON AFTER IM DONE WITH THIS TEST PROP!! CAN SOMEONE ON THIS FUCKING BOARD TELL ME WHAT THE FRIGGEN POINT IS THEN, TO GET HUGE AND LOSE IT ALL... IT MAKES ABSOLUTLEY NO SENSE TO ME AT ALL... THATS WHAT THE POST CYCLE CLOMID BOOST IS FOR. I HAVE DONE A STRAIGHT CYCLE OF PROP(ITS ALL I COULD GET AT THE TIME). I MADE DECENT GAINS AND KEPT MOST OF THEM. THE CLOMID WORKS GREAT AS LONG AS YOU ALSO CONTINUE A GOOD DIET AND WORKOUT AFTER THE CYCLE. | ||

i hear you man, i about shit myself the other day when i was reading about this guy who had one helluva a test, dboll, eq and slin cycle, he had some other shit but i dont remember. Anyway it was like a 1500$ dollar cycle, big time dosages. And he was expecting to gain 15-25 lbs. Now think about that, 1500 buks for maybe 20 lbs, and you know he wont keep that. i mean when do u get to the point when enough is enough. I think some bro are ridiculously obsessed | ||

This is the deal. Clomid, glutamine, creatine, keep the solid diet, and lower your training intesity. You cant train as if you were "on". Dont stop training and eating right. fuck that pist cycle shit... It helps... But when i first started when i was 16... I knew shit about roids... I didnt know clomid... I just did 400mg deca, 750mg sust, 40mg dbol... I didnt do clomid... I waited 3 months to do my next cycle, and didnt lose a thing... All that post cycle glutamine, creatine is BS... Stick to clomid if you are gonna use something... thats all i use if i decide to come off | ||

You obviously did not do enough research if you think you will lose all your gains---that happens if you quit lifting, and eating like you did when on your cycle--You have to eat to keep your size--- clomid, creatine, glutamine, are a must--- | ||

Hehe glutamine in my opinion has a place post cycle, it has too many benefits to neglect. But creatine holds no place in my opinion, what benefits can you get from creatine, just curious? Clomid, Proviron, Glutamine, Clen, Cortisol inhibitor is what is needed in my opinion | ||

Lawnsaver nailed it. How you train and what you take after your cycle is the most important part of keeping your gains. I would also throw some clen in with the supps he mentioned. Before you start a cycle do your research on what to do after or else you'll be stuck in the two steps forward two steps back scenario. Just educate yourself and I promise you it's possible to keep most of your gains. ------------------ | ||

You sound like your going through what I did last cycle, I stayed in bed until it was time to eat then went back to bed until I had enough energy to train.lol IT WAS TOUGH but I never missed a workout. That was the only cycle I ever felt that bad but don't know why !!!! | ||

Iron Game, so you really think Clen would be a good supplement to use after i come off the cycle im on now? Going to be off for 5 weeks before i start my cutting cycle. I was just going to lower my training intensity some, up my protein, calories, ect, and take creatine & Glutamine. JUST WAIT IT OUT BRO, THE TEST FLU WILL GO AWAY. I HAD THE FLU WHILE ON SUST FOR 3 DAYS AND THEN IT WENT AWAY. I DID NOTHING BUT DRINK GATORADE FOR 2 DAYS STRAIGHT AND TRIED TO HOLD DOWN AN N-LARGE 2 SHAKE TO GET SOME CALS AND PROTEIN AND WHEN I WENT BACK TO THE GYM ON MONDAY I HAD THE BEST WORKOUT OF MY CYCLE. ALSO YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO KEEP ALL OF YOUR GAINS POST CYCLE, THE ONLY THING YOU WILL LOOSE IS WATER WEIGHT. Hardcore, is just my opinion, but clen has prooven itself time and time again for post cycle recovery and to aid in retaining gains. Is anti catabolic but would be better to add in the glutamine as well. Peace |
