Hey Bros First i think i should say im not new to the board, i just changed my username today because i finally decide to do my first cycle. In the mean time, i am joining the Omni in Cleveland and wondering if anyone on the board goes there... im trying to find someone with gear experience to help me out with my first cycle and my training at the club. I want to get best results possible but im still unsure of what i should do for my first cycle. I dont think i should start with a full blown bulking cycle because im already in the 20% bf range and summer is almost here. if any bros can help i can use it.... thanks     | ||

hello shit, welcome to the crew. Myself, GetPandP, GODOVERYOU, and several other good board bro's are from here. We don't go the the Omni though, not our chillin' spot. The Competative Edge in Avon Lake is a really kick ass gym however. Stay away from ProFitness in the W.150th area...they have everything set up so half assed there that it makes me puke. Besides, I was clicking the dumbells together while doing flat benches with the 160's there and one of the personal trainer shmuck's told me to "Keep it down," so I rested 3 minutes, grabbed the 180's just to piss him off, did 4 reps, and SLAMMED them to the floor...I mean just dropped them, got up, walked up to him, told him his gym sucked and there wasn't anyone worth two shits in it and never came back. The Oak's Fitness Club in Rocky River used to be the old Gold's Gym. it's where I first started at, kinda small, but kinda small customer base too so it's all good. Besides some real HOTTIE'S work there that like to stare at the big guys lift  Bally's in Westpark and Brookpark is a waste of time. Black,s in cleveland is good, the Olympic training Center on W. 98th and Lorain is GREAT! In fact a local olympic lifter works out there...he's still competative, very strong. I think he compeated in the last summer's olympics. Anyway, give me a shout out sometimes, maybe You, me, GetPandP, and GOY will go to the flats or hit a BW3 some night. We are night guys though, be preapred for all kinds of crazy shit Also if you know anyone in the "New Movement" (group of skinheads), Tank rolls with us sometimes, the big pissed off Italian he is, lol. Ulter, hell yeah we do! We are a very close knit group of juicers, you can't miss us, we travel in a packed....you could probably follow us around by the smell of protien farts, lol. If you want email [email protected], brian (GOY) normally takes care of all the planning and organizing. He caught a bad rap on the anabolics.com board, but he is a really good guy if you know him, so don't be afriad by the rumors. Maybe we could have like a synthol convention, lol, GetPandP with his product, Me as basicly the living breathing advertisment for the results, and GOY with his biology backround to explain why synthol works. I also know a well known supplier in our area that would probably be glad to join along, maybe give us some tips on finding check sources (I doubt he will give us his, lol). Basicly, we normally travel in a pack of about 5. Me, GetPandP, GOY, the mystery supplier, and a good juicing powerlifter from Lakewood. Cleveland is the place to be! |
