I am just wondering when the stength comes. I know weight gain comes in week 3 or 4. But what about strength. Feeling kind of weak actually after week one of 500mg sos and 250mg deca? Maybe it's that sos flu stuff when you're body is getting use to it. Any help? When do y'all start getting stronger? | ||

the 3rd or 4th week was when I hit the most growth and also really started noticing the strength change as well ------------------ I'm harder than Chinese arithmetic. | ||

I guess it depends on the person...but I don't think you will get any strength gains till the at least the third week... | ||

I have a question on this. I am dieting down in preparation for my first cycle of Sust 500 / Deca 400 a week. I am planning to get below 15% bf before I start. Since these are drugs are slow to get going, should I hold off on upping my calories until week 2 or 3? Right now I am eating 5 meals a day, but under 2500 cals. I plan to add a 6th meal � a protein shake at about 8 pm, and upping the portions of my other meals to get to my goal of 4000+ cals a day with the carb/protein/fat ratios that I want. I put on fat very easily, so I don�t want to eat heavily if it isn�t going to do anything beneficial. I do a lot of cardio now, I plan to taper off somewhat while on so that it doesn�t cut into my gains. BTW � this is going to be a mass cycle, not a cutting cycle. | ||

Seth, I asked the same question about a week ago for the same reasons as you. The answers were start eating alot the day you hit your first shot. Some people even said to start eating a week before to get you body ready for the massive intake of food. | ||

The strength gains start flooding in around the end of week 3 for me, and when they do they are excellent, although I am on juice year round now, I remeber the days when that was the case and I looked froward to it. Sustanon is my favorite, love the stuff !! ------------------ |
