I'm thinking about completely cutting down on food consumption so that I can maximize the results.

I know I'll be tired as fuck and feel shitty but if I'm gonna feel that way anyways, might as well go balls out.

I'm thinking of this:

Breakfast: 3 eggs w/cheese
Snack: Piece of fruit
Lunch: Tuna sandwich on wheat bread
Dinner: Protein shake w/milk
Bedtime: Protein shake w/water

I'll also be training 4 days during my 7 day DNP period and doing 10 minutes of cardio a day- I'm not even going to attempt 20

So is that too little of an amount of food?

Looks pretty clean but you dont want your body to eat your hard earned muscle... keep your diet at 1800-2000 cal. I have cycled DNP before. I didnt have a problem at all with my cardio. Aside wiping the sweat from my brow and out of my eyes!

Make sure to shower three times a day at least. And Drink lots of H20!

I have to beg to differ... I did just that and wouldnt have done anything different. I am a bigger boy than the normal joe. when i cycled i was 280 at 24%bf. Lost 13lbs in seven days I didnt loose anything for the first fourdays im sure it was the water retention. then hit the EAC for seven days lost 6lbs. then cycled both agian for 14more days. My diet was clean and lower calorie. I had problems with cravings of carbs. The sweat was my only complaint. I slept fine unlike a lot of users. one week after the last eac I lost a total of 22lbs after my body was finally flushed. 13%BF in a month... Maybe it was because my fat content was higher than the normal 15%bf user....

I moved up the latter.
days 1-3 400mgs - No feeling for the most part some increased body heat.
days 3-5 600mgs - Noticible heat diapation from my body mild sweating and some slugishness.
days 6&7 800mgs - HOT HOT HOT Days. These are the worst days for lethargy and the sweats cravings were the worst here for carbohydrates.

Thats incorrect.

I've gone as low as 1000Kcal/day while on
800mg/day of DNP. Adding ECA or
Clen really helps with hunger.

Godspeed

I lied. I felt like I had a slight headache so I had a chicken cutlet parm hero instead.

Hopefully the DNP still burns some fat, hehe.

For the lags try adding some insulin. Been told it works wonders. I'm doing a DNP cycle in the next couple of weeks and will add insulin to cover the blahs.
