Normal was between 50 and 250, mine was 248. My doctor says that its fine because it lies between normal, although he only knew what normal was from the lab guidelines. Isn't true that cortisol increases with age and that lab guidelines are for a wide spectrum of men from 18-80. Surely then my cortisol levels are high if im only 23 ,what do you think?

Lifting weights increases cortisol levels and of course so do most steroids (some people believe tren can adversely affect cortisol receptors and/or levels). I haven't made a study of cortisol levels so I can't tell you exactly at what level you will experience serious muscle loss or other side effects. If you aren't atrophying then I wouldn't worry too much. If you are then you should check out your testosterone and LH levels and possibly consider bridging cycles. Why exactly did you have this test done in the first place? giantset
