You may also be experiencing tendonitis. If you are on a cycle right now you may stronger than what your tendons can keep up with. Water retention also plays a role in this, makes tendonitis feel much worse. I had the same problem and had to own up to using gear to my Orthopedist, but he was able to help me in the long run. Basically I try to keep the water retention down as much as possible during a cycle. This has helped me, hope it can help you. | ||

Rattlesnake. Here I thought I was the only one with that problem. I've been to the doc, its tendonitus, caused from gripping etc. Some common causes: Using the grippers too often (ex. Captains of Crush too often) Death grip (when you grab a barbell you dont realize how hard you are squeezing it) Too much arm work (ex. curls put a lot of stress on forearm tendons)
Try to incorporate power wraps into your routine for as many exercises as possible (yes this is at the expense of stronger grip and perhaps bigger forearms but if your poundages are descent I dont foresee your forearms shrinking!! they just wont get huge or strong) Periodic layoffs of arm work all together, I know that cares you but do the basics they'll hit the arms enough to keep them where they are, in other words they wont grow but they wont shrink (sometimes they may even grow) Lastly, stay away from the grippers, they killed me because I over did them. Hope this helps, I'm no doc butI know what helped me and what helped me may not help anyone. The Natural One |
