I am looking to start my first cycle. I have been training hard for years and have tryed everything, now i want to take it to the next step, i am twenty years old, cut up and weigh 152 pounds all i want is to put on another 10-15 pounds of solid muscle. I as everyone else do not want to loose my gains and am looking for the least side affects as possible, what do you recomend? | ||

How tall are you? 152 lbs isn't much to work on. You really need to pack on some more lbs before starting with gear. I agree with the truth - try eating more first! Crom | ||

Please allow me to simplify what has already been stated...Try eating more. Food is the most powerfull anabolic there is. That is not sarcasm either...It's the truth. Unless you're under 5'5, 152 is small...No offense intended. I'm saying with proper diet you can go a loooooong way. Do you know a lot about proper diet? The very backbone of success in this game. | ||

For starters to gain weight take your weight and multiply it by by 150. I.E. 152 x 15=2280 calories minimum for you to be gaining weight. I'd consume at least 1.5 grams of protein for every pound you weigh and only work each muscle group hard once a week. As for a cycle if you want good gains and minimal side affects try this. 600 milligrams of test and 500 milligrams of deca durabolin. On week 7 and 8 5000ui of hcg and weeks 11 and 12 50 mg of clomid. ------------------ | ||

for you 250mg of sust per week, good diet, and right kind of rest should do ya 10 -15 solid pounds which will be solidified with minimum sideies |
