a few months ago I pulled the tenden that connects your tricep to your elbow right at the insertion point at the elbow. its been a couple months and it still hasnt healed. I've gone to the doc, the chyropractor, and a physical therapist and they all said to just ice it and lay off for a bit. none of their advice is working and my tri's are shrinking.
Has anyone had a prob like this and do you have any ideas to help it ?

I tore my biceps tendon on the mideal (inside) side. Seriously considered surgery. But recovery would have been 10 months.

I had to say out of the gym for 8 weeks. It healed but it is still torn. In other words the tendon reattached on the humerus. That was two years ago and the darn thing is acting up again. I sprained it two weeks ago.
I think you are going to have to give it a serious rest. When you come back Deca helps alot., good luck, it is no fun.

He is right bro you will have to take a brake or will get worst. I know, I didn't take a brake in time and its been over a year and it still hurts some,Now I warm up with some 15 lb dumbells lying down on tris and do 35 reps and then go up to 120 lbs on a tricep bar and its getting better because of the warmup but keep ice on it everyday too.
