i have this lil problem, im sure you guys can relate. When my elbows or knees are bent for a period of time they crack when i straighten it. lately it seems worse, when i bend down to pick up groceries or stand up my knees crack and now my elbow cracks if its bent for more than 2 min, my family bugs me about having arthritus, it doesnt hurt it like when your crack your knucles. I think it needs to be lubricated or something, can you bros help?

bro, i used to have that very same problem.
and a friend of mine gave me some very usefull advise.
do a warm-up cardio for 7 mins b4 your workout. you need the joint to loosen up by getting blood to and around them, now im not sure exactly how it works, but i am sure it works.

your problem is you dont have enough omega
in your system and you need to either start eating alot of salmon or take supplements that contain all omega 6, and 12..trust me your joints are just dried up.
