I'm starting the classic Sust/Deca/Dbol cycle soon. I planning on comsuming 1.5g of protein per pound of lean body mass. I am wondering what percentage or ratio of carbs and fat that I should be consuming as well.

I'm doing esencially the same cycle: about 2 grams of protien, minmum, and 3 grams of complex carbs and the fats come with the meats and cheese Not worried about them.
I only weight 165 and I'm keeping my clean calories close to 5000 per day.

Just want to bump this back up to get an answer. I'm intrested in this also. solidspine, the thing different with me and you is that I AM worried about my fats and where they come from, I don't want to much or to little of my carb/pro/fat. So that is why rob is asking for specific % ratios.

I keep my fats under 15% and my protein At about 50% of total calorie intake leaving the carbs between 35-40. I am very carb sensitive though.

I like to make sure I get my protein (1.5g/lb), then make sure I get 25% or so of my calories from fat, then fill in the rest of my needed calories with carbs. Usually carbs make up 30-40%, but I don't keep a log so it's hard to say for sure.
