Post Cycle methods to ensure muscle integrity and stasis.

By in large most of us can agree that promoting muscular hypertrophy through the use of anabolic steroids is a relatively simple endeavor assuming the proper amounts of research has been done. One of the most difficult tasks faced by many of us is the ability to maintain quality muscle upon the secession of anabolic steroids. I would like to open for discussion some of the strategies employed by many of you to ensure that your newly acquired muscle is maintained.
Personally, my post cycle plan involves first and foremost making a proper assessment on the relative half-life of the compounds I administered while I was on. That being taken into consideration I then proceed towards proper Clomid use. I follow a �loading� pattern and administer a relatively large first day dose of 300mg followed by daily 50mg maintenance doses for 6 additional days.

Secondly, I believe in the need to begin over the counter supplementation in steadfast form. I can�t speak for anyone else, but I know that upon anabolic secession my immune system goes all to hell. Therefore, to combat this as best as possible I select a solid mutli-vitamin/mineral supplement along with an anti-oxidant. Free radical activity is at an all time peak within our system given the hormonal chaos going one within our system. The anti-oxidant is used to try and maintain as much cell stability as possible. Glutamine and a solid branch chain amino acid is my next tool of choice. I may slack on them while on the hormones, but I keep diligent while off.

Let me make reference to line of supplements I use. They company is called Apex Fitness Group. Their product line is manufactured by Phoenix laboratories, which is an active pharmaceutical company employed to manufacture Apex�s line of supplements. Apex has gone a long way and has invested millions in developing their own chemical delivery systems, which ensures active bioavailability of the product being administered, but I digress.

Finally, I can�t stress enough the importance of increased caloric volume and the need for flax seed. One of the finest means I have discovered for holding onto muscle mass integrity is the need for increased fat intake especially in flax, which incidentally is a phytoestrogen. Rich in omega-3 fatty acids Flax acts in similar accord as clomid, a mock estrogen which binds to its proper receptor.

These are just some ideas proposed for some of you to consider or in fact better upon. I encourage any ideas and perhaps suggestions as to how you come off strong!

1. Proper estimation of the bioavailabity/half-life of the drugs administered.
2. Proper timing and use of Clomid.
3. Mutli-Vitamin and Anti-Oxidant. (This is no time to slack on nutrition)
4. The use of: L-Glutamine, Taurine, Creatine, Glycine, L-Alanin, HCI, Inositol, L-leucine, L-isoleucine, Valine
5. MORE FOOD�Specially fats (I.E. Flax Seed)
6. Perhaps the use of low dose alkylated steroids 5-10mg on training days one-two hours before training.
7. Finally, MORE REST AND REDUCED TRAINING VOLUME.

I would really like to debate this...and I tried to find something wrong ya fucker...but alas...tis very good....of course depending on specific needs of the person on a individual basis...other than that....Khule...heh heh heh
