If you're gonna take 3 seperate doses of Dbol, when is the best time to take Nolva? Since Dbol's half-life is only 5-6 hours, is it good to assume that it'll aromatize within that time frame also? Therefore is it better to take the Nolva at the same time with Dbol? Or is it better to take the Nolva first, wait 30 minutes and get it into your system, before taking the dose of Dbol. I also couldn't find any literature on what dosage of Nolva is needed, I'm looking for roid vs. nolva ratio. I'm thinking take 10mg Dbol + 10mg Nolva 3 times a day or 4 times a day. Does that sound safe enough not to get man boobies and water retention? Sorry for all these questions. I've been reading all I can the past 2 weeks trying to put together my first cycle.     |
