The bastards rejected my gyno surgery. I waited 2 freakin months then they just said screw you. I hate these bastards!! they must die!! Now I'm out $3500 and the gyno isn't even caused by juice. I just lost 15 lbs from the flu and then thy do this shit. I feel like hell. Then some god damned cop gave me a ticket for having an expired license plate. I went out and moved my car on my lunch then when I got off work another cop gave me a ticket for the same damned thing. 2 tickets in 1 day for the same thing. I'm going to kill someone!!!

That's some funny shit (no offense). That's gotta be the worst run of luck I have heard in a long time. Hope all gets better, and good luck on gaining back the weight. If you are getting the surgery soon I would hold of the weightgaining until after, or else you will just lose it again when you are recovering.

Man, I hate to bring this up because I hate lawyers but I also hate insurance companies that don't pay claims. Hell I hate everyone I guess. Anyway, you might threaten them with legal action if they don't cover your surgury.

Damn, bro, hang in there. My life has been giving me hell lately too. But you need to take a deep breath, relax, and think it through. It'll all happen for you, bro, just be patient and keep striving. Better days are ahead!

You're not the only one who has had days like that!!! Trust me. When it rains, it POURSSSSSSSS. What did the insurance say about the gyno surgery? If you tell the doctor to tell them the lumps are painful, not mention steriods, they should cover something. Try asking the doc to resubmit.

plifter, I've been working on getting insurance to cover my gyno. I just went to the plastic surgeon the other day about it. I told him it was painful and I've had it since puberty. It was kind of funny because the nurse was in there while I gave the doc my story and she looked like she felt so sorry for me. The doc asked me if I've every taken steriods or smoke a lot of marijuana. Of course I told him no, and I acted like it hurt like a mutherfucker. When he asked me to take off my shirt to take a look at it he said "Damn! Do you work out a lot?" LOL I think he knew what was up when he saw how jacked up I was, complaining about a bitch tit. I'll find out more in a couple of days about whether or not the insurance will cover it. I'll let you guys know what's up. Peace

Well, I'm a lawyer, and I bet even the guy who hates lawyers and everyone else would like me. Keep in mind that many insurance companies are basically stealing money from their policy holders. They take your money, tell you that you are "covered", and then when something happens the first thing they do is try to figure out a way not to cover you. It may be hard to decipher, but you might try spending some time reading the policy itself and trying to figure out how you could argue that the proposed treatment should be covered by the policy. A firm but polite letter might help, especially if you have a lawyer friend who is willing to say he is representing you and will write the letter on his letterhead. Good luck. And BTW, if I were your attorney, I would advise you not to kill anybody since it could expose you to severe civil and criminal penalties.

Ask your surgeon to go to bat for you and don't lay down and let the insurance company walk on you. They will often say NO the first, second time for all reasonable surgery. Ask again, then demand. Your surgeon can help, I think he is a better aly then a lawyer, remember insurance companies hire more lawyer and tie up more court time them so called crimials, like adults caught at the bboarder with gear. |
