im about to get off my first cycle of 8 weeks, since sust stays in the body for up to a month after discontinued. Should i wait 8 or 12 weeks till next cycle?     | ||

There are probably tons of posts like this in the search. ButI think the general rule is time on + time off. | ||

well if you did a 8 week cycle take 8 weeks or more off.....but if not 8 weeks off do this 4-6 weeks off..........later ------------------ | ||

If it is: long acting...take from 5-7 days off Medium acting...take from 2-4 days off short acting...1/2-2 days off Just kidding.... B True |
