Well folks I have not been to the gym since the begging of winter. I am heading back tonight weather I like it or not. I have gained 10%bf and lost 8lbs. (Thus the muscle I worked so hard for has diminished into fat) I need some inspiration to get back to the gym and reading the board for the last two weeks has helped. I now weigh 278 and at 34%bf I know a biggie. 5�11� two years ago I was 48%bf and 340lbs. The gym was all I did and all I wanted to do until winter hit. I feel like a fat hog again. I am wondering if I should cycle now to get myself geeked to get back into the gym. Or wait let my body acclimates to lifting again for a couple of months then cycle? I�m sure that a lot of you will explain that 34%bf is too high to cycle which is in the back of my mind but I am really having a problem with my desire to get back into the swing of things. Input would be great maybe even some �you fat bastard� �s would be good. I don�t know what my problem is�

I can understand where your coming from, but just go to the gym weather you like it or not! I know its a bitch but as you start to see results you will feel better and your attitude will change. Its all about getting by the first 3 weeks! I recommend not cycling, hold off for a while!

You have been there before as you said. Just drag your ass in there for three weeks and it is a routine. Hit the cardio hard on an empty stomach and loose that fat. Good luck man.

You fat bastard. Get your metabolism going. I bet you lose that fat and gain that muscle back after 2 weeks. Once you go, you will feel better, eat better, and your body will adjust quickly.
Do some aerobics, push ups, sit ups in the morning when you wake up. It will jump start your metabloism.
Dont cycle for a few monthes.....
