I do all the decline dumbells and barbells and for some reason the bottom outside of my chest just won't grow. My chest is starting to look very unproportional. Any advice? | ||

Just focus on the bottom chest 100%. do any exercise you can to work it! Focus on light to mild weights first on the bench and flies to get it tonned! What exactly is the problem? Fat or gyno? Give us some more info! Mass Monster | ||

I have the same problem my chest has grown a lot but the bottom expecially the outer bottom (near my arm pit) wont get any definition, its a bit flabby and i'm not fat by any means. Could use some training tips. | ||

Maybe you guys should start doing alot of cable cross-overs on heavy weights that will fill in your chest! Mass Monster | ||

Start including pullovers into your routine. There are several ways to accomplish this. Dumbbell - Brace your upper-back on a bench. So you are facing the ceiling. Grasp the dumbbell with both hands. Maintain a strait arm movement and raise the dumbbell to a 90degree angle from your body. Lower weight and repeat. Cable � With a pull-down bar in hands drop to your knees. Brace your buttox with your shoes. With both hands a little more than shoulder width apart. Bring the bar down to your knees only utilizing your arms. Machine- Some gyms have a pullover machine. Although these types of machines I feel do not create the full range of motion. You will definitely feel the pump in your pecks and in the area you are having trouble with. Focus using your pectoral�s to make the complete movement. Slow controlled reps� blah blah blab you know all of that stuff. Stien

DUDE I WAS IN THE SAMW BOAT ABOUTTWO MONTHS AGO, AND SOMEONE TOLD ME TO DO WEIGHTED DIPS FOR THE LOWER PART, AND I TELL YOU IT BROUGHT MIRACLES, MY CHEST IS RIPPED ALL OVER NOW....TOP TO BOTTOM. WIDE GRIP WEIGHTED DIPS ARE THE ALL TIME BEST!!! ------------------ | ||

Thanx for the tips, I just talked to somebody in the gym and they told me about the wide weighted dips. Chest day is tommorrow so I'll give it a shot. | ||

You could try heavy electrical stimulation...but that takes some of the fun out of lifting. |
