are you less than a week out from a contest? if you're not, and not on a ketogenic diet, i don't see the point of carb depleting for the hell of it. PA | ||

Animal I'm not going into contest, I wanted to do more of the ketogenic diet, what can and can't you eat on it, I wanta drop some fat quick for a vacation. | ||
