Start 6'4 233 20% bf arms 17 1/4 week 2: 240 20%bf week 3: 246 19%bf week 4: 245 16%bf arms 17 2/3 I look leaner and harder. My gut is shrinking, Thank God! I pretty impressed with my training, diet and cardio. I have 5 weeks left of the test/eq/deca. At week 7 the fina/t3 starts for 6 weeks. I'm hoping to get down to 10 or 12%bf. I know thats reaching, but I'm working hard. So with the loss of Bf, I'm up 16lbs of lean muscle. I just started the nolvadex to shed some water and estrogen related fat. Clomid/proviron therary will start at week 12 when fina/t3 is done. Then cancun here I come. Spring break will be almost over, but I'm taking my wife. I'm running 20mg ed untill I start the fina, then I'll go to 10mg so I dont get a rebound effect. I might keep it at a low dose untill I start my clomid /proviron therapy, so there is no chance for a rebound. ------------------ "Catch a man a fish, he eats for a day. Good job. I think it gets a lot harder to bulk toward the end of a cycle because after you gain about 10lbs of muscle you are burning another 450 calories per day/maintenance and it gets harder to progressively eat more. The same thing happened to me...was sure glad to lose the gut! Amen for cardio. Sucks but it's priceless. | ||

What are you doing in terms of eating?? You said you cut down on carbs, and upped protein. I don't have the time to count calories and stuff like that, so I was wondering how/what you eat?? When I start, I will have some help from the GH, so I want to get down pretty low BF%. | ||
