Ok guys today starts my 4th. week and I havent gained any extra weight. I am doing 2-3cc's of Ref B a day with 600mg of Ttokkyo Deca a week along with 750mg of Aratest a week. I am eating alot of protein (mainly from supps) and trying to keep cals high but I don't have much of an appetite so they have been low. I was sick for a week and I'm sure that has hurt some. I am pretty sure my gear is real as it came from a guy who has a good rep on all the boards. My arms also feel a little more pumped up and my sex drive has increased quite a bit and my balls have shrunken some. This is my 2nd real cycle. Is there something I am not doing right? Is this normal for gains to take up to 4 weeks? Thanks so much in advance!!

as everyone else will probably say...you're most likely not eating enough. also, throw out some more info on this like how much weight have you actually gained and what does your daily caloric intake help and i'm sure people will be able to help you out more.

Only gained 3 or 4 pounds, and like I was saying today starts my 4th. week! Not sure how many calories probably around 2500-3000 my appetite hasnt been very high. Shouldnt I have at least gained 5 or so pounds by now in water weight alone even if I'm not eating enough? Today starts a new week and I'm going to try to up my food intake alot. Heres a sample of my daily diet.
7:00 2 packets of oatmeal or 2 Fat free yogurts. Protein shake (40g Protein)

10:00 MRP 43 protein, 27 carbs, 290 calories
12:00 Chicken breast, rice
2:30 Protein shake (40g protein)
3:30 Can of tuna
6:00 Chicken breast, green beans, salsa
10:00 Protein shake (40g protein)

You could eat more, but for what you are eating you should be getting some noticable gains. My guess would be the 3-4 lbs you put on was natural from all the food and that the gear is fake!

Thanks MM. Know of a good site where I can check if the Reforvit is fake? The Ara is the K000128 lot number and I know its a good lot. Same with the deca. The Reforvit is in what I guess it the new packaging. Yellow box with 4 animal vertical on front. Lot# and exp. date stamped on side. Tastes like the Reforvit I've seen before but I guess that could have been fake too. I'm going to try to go no less than 3cc's a day on it now. Thanks!!

You should have gained more water weight than 3-4lbs from the ref b alone. My money goes on it being fake. As for the deca, my money goes on your diet.

Thanks for the response Iron Game. I just can't see the Reforvit being fake as it came from a well known and stand up source and it looks,smells and tastes like the other Ref-B I've seen. Maybe I'll try the freezer test if I can find a post that tells how to do it. I've been taking it orally. Either mixing it in some O.J. or injecting it into capsules. I'll take 3/4cc in the morning, 1/2 cc in the afternoon, 1 cc before lifting(5:00) and 1/2-3/4cc post workout/before bed. (10:30ish) Dose the dosage schedule seem right?? Thanks

Here's a shock. The problem is your DIET. You're eating about half what you should be...You are bulking right? I see almost no carbs or essential fats in your diet which indicats low calorie levels. Your protein looks low as well. The reason you havn't gained is because you arn't eating anywhere near what you need to be eating and you arn't eating what you need to be eating. Steroids don't make you grow...food does...Steroids simply enhance the body's ability to turn food energy into lean body mass. Get your diet together now or this cycle will be a wash.

Holy shit you need to be eating more. Everything Beezer said was dead on...you've got a couple of meals in there where you should throw in some carbs.

Look at what you eat in your 2:30 and 3:30 meals. You have a 6 hour gap in between meals that contain carbs. Your body needs more energy from a heck of a lot more calories. You don't grow from just protein alone...it's cool to slowly taper off the carbs towards the end of the day but during the morning and early afternoon, you need to be scarfing that shit down. Eat like a king in the morning, a prince during the afternoon, and a pauper at night.

I'm with beezer. Your sample diet looks close to what I eat when I am trying to cut. Even if I was cutting, I wouldn't take my carbs that low. Up your fat and your protein. Peace

So, it looks like I need to make alot of changes in my diet. Ive spent alot of time learning about roids before experimenting with them but it looks like I need to spend alot of time looking at my diet. Today starts my fourth week, this is a 10 week cycle. If I fix my diet what are the chances of me putting on 15 pounds of muscle?? Besides rice and potatoes what are some other good sources of carbs?? I think I am really carb sensitive because I eat pretty good but I don't have visible abs, I'm afraid of getting fatter if I take in too many carbs. Thanks for the help guys!!

I am with Breezers also, you are eating good food, just not nearly enough. Remember, you are bulking right now so you don`t have to be so conservative on the diet. Get your protien in and have fun eating everything else you can get your hands on.
