Off the topic I know but I am dying here....I think I have alergys and they are kicking my ass!! I will go to the doc when i can but need some home remesies from anyone who knows about this stuff.... symptoms: runny nose, itchy eyes, stuffy head, sore throat!!! any suggestions so i can get back to the gym...this thing is killing me!!!!! | ||

try some tylenol cold and allergy. Its a green box. it doesnt make me drowsy, but if it makes you drowsy , you can take a couple of sudafeds with it.... that should help[. | ||

yea, i used to take Claritin-D. worked great for me but i think i built up a resistance to it because it stopped working as well. Now im taking Alegra-D and its working great... Mine were so bad it effected everything. Especially my training. the effects would get worse when i train. dizziness,nausea, loss of appitite, headache....etc give it a shot bro! | ||

Bro, forgot to mention. you might want to try flushing your sinuses with a solution of warm water, salt and a pinch of baking soda. sniff it up your nose, and blow it out. do that a few times. the dizzyness and headaches is because of the pressure in your sinus cavities. do that also, but make sure you take an antihistimine to block the histamines, and a decongestant. (eg the things i mentioned above) there are a lot that work, but the tylenol sinus/ cold/allergy works best for me.
