k guys i got 120.....tabs of it...now i need to kno how i should take it. I dont want to fuck up my thyroids. pls list how i should take them...a friend told me to take one a day for 30 days then lay off for 2 weeks than continue 1 a day...is this true or....do you guys have any more advice..should i up the dosage.. pls list it! | ||

I WOULD TAKE THEM LIKE THIS(FOR 25MCG TABS) 1112223334444333332222211111 THEN STAY OFF FOR AT LEAST THE TIME YOU WERE ON AND ALWAYS USE T3 WITH SOME FORM OF GEAR BECAUSE IT IS VERY CATABOLIC AND WILL EAT AWAY AT THE MUSCLE. As long as you taper your t3 up and down slowly your thyroid should be fine provided you dont have a prexisitng condition. Minimum 60 days in between t3 cycles is recommended. I would suggest starting at 25mcg and increasing by that amount every 4 or 5 days, not to exceed 100mcg(unless of course your name is warlobo heh heh). 6 weeks is the maximum recommended time for a t3 cycle. I agree with Deca, but 30 days is sufficient time for recovery after a T3 cycle. I use it like this. 1112223334444444333222111 Ive not had any problems to date, and my thyroid function is always fine. I agree with the guys - as long as you taper up and taper back down you should be fine. You need at least 3 weeks recovery for your system to kick back in so I would break for a bit longer than a month. |
