Hello I have recently started another 8 week steroid cycle. During previous cycles I have consumed approximately 400g of protein per day, consuming 8 meals a day. However, due to work commitments I have been forced to reduce meals to 5 per day yielding total of 415g of protein per day. Each meal is now a lot larger consisting of tuna, milk, chicken, protein shakes and eggs. Will consuming 5 meals per day rather than 8 rob me off some gains. Any help appreciated. | ||

There is not a large difference between 5 meals a day and 8 meals a day, but there is a huge difference between 3 meals a day and 8 meals a day. Actually, there is an article about this very subject in Muscle and Fitness.

i agree no difference as far as protein uptake only youll miss out on one of our ways to boast your metabolism ie small frequent meals, right now i take in 425gr over 9 meals yes nine meals |
