165lbs, 5'4', medium-large frame, 16.
Looking to cut up. Im probablyh 160 now but lets have 165 (where i started).
I dont want to use ECA or any of that shit.
I dont have a budget, and i hear it isnt recommended for my age. so whatever.
Lift 4x / week
Morning cardio
30mins plus of shadow boxing EVERYDAY
on an empty stomach.

Breakfast (1 hour after cardio)
-2 slices whole wheat bread, toasted, with nothing.
-2 whole eggs, scrambled with fat free cooking spray.
-33cl water.
-1 cup OJ.

All this big breakfast=replenish glycogen stores.

LUNCH
Tuna sandwich with 1/2 tbsp mayo on 2 slices whole wheat bread.

MID AFTERNOON
same as lunch
( i have been told thought to ditch the bread on this one and simply eat the tuna by itself).

IMMEDIATELY AFTER WORKOUT
Protein shake

1 HOUR LATER, after protein shake
100g carbs with protein (chicken, meat, fish etc.)

2hrs later
Ive cut out carbs now.
One portion protein.

I SOMETIMES HAVE ANOTHER SHAKE
2hrs after the last one. but im usually in bed by then.

How's that?
