WassuP! 165lbs, 5'4', medium-large frame, 16. Looking to cut up. Im probablyh 160 now but lets have 165 (where i started). I dont want to use ECA or any of that shit. I dont have a budget, and i hear it isnt recommended for my age. so whatever. Lift 4x / week Morning cardio 30mins plus of shadow boxing EVERYDAY on an empty stomach. Breakfast (1 hour after cardio) All this big breakfast=replenish glycogen stores. LUNCH MID AFTERNOON IMMEDIATELY AFTER WORKOUT 1 HOUR LATER, after protein shake 2hrs later I SOMETIMES HAVE ANOTHER SHAKE How's that? | ||
