Whats the best way to to allow your body to get symetrical.I mean if one bodypart is getting too big do you just stop training that bodypart all together or just do higher reps on it.Can anyone give me an example of how they utilize their workouts to build good symetry.Thank You

Don't stop training the body part and don't do higher reps and don't work the weak side harder. Do the same work on both sides. If one side is growing faster than the other, then you're probably not working the other side correctly. Make sure your form is correct, and you're working both sides equally. Eventually the other side will catch up.

Rather than concentrating on barbell movements where your mind may unconsciously be using one side more favourable than the other try using dumbbells. Make sure you use the same weight with each one and do the same amount of reps. If this means lowering the weight for the stronger side then do it.
