i always heard go at a slow pace for a longer period of time so u don't eat muscle.. maybe thats wrong tho.

a slow 1 hour treadmill session works for me....6% incline, walking pace

i keep my h.r about 60% maybe a bit more. 30 minutes. every workout. seems to be doing the trick, bodyfat is down and im still as strong as before, even moreso on some exercises.
