Hi, My supplier from eastern europe, apparently sent my gear 15 days ago and it still has not reached me yet!! He said that it will take 7-9 days, 12 days max. I was told that AS is legal for personal use just as long as it is not too much, here in the UK. thanks for your help Toni     | ||

That is fine, customs won't do sh** about that quantity as it is obviously for personal. The UNwritten guideline is 3 months supply and you can prove your stack just sit tight. | ||

Thanks Julez  Ok, A/S's are Class C drugs (Scedule 4). This means puts them in EXACTLY the same catagory as Diazapam. The MAXIMUM term for dealing a Class C drug such as A/S's is 6 months (including 'Intent to supply'). I don't personally know of anyone that's ever gone to prison for this but I know there have been some. Possesion... well, if you've not got a history of drug related crime the chances are they will let you of the first time. After that we're talking fines, then community and so on. Hope this helps. You might want to look up the info. in a BNF. | ||

What you should do is e-mail the authorities and save a copy of the e-mail, if they have told you it is legal then nothing will happen to you. As I mentioned back in 1996 the law was changed and not many people knew of this. They continued to claim they are legal for personal use. Perhaps this is because authorites will almost certainly not intervene if amounts are for personal use. They have better things to do with their time. I will shoot you an e-mail with the name and details of the Act that was passed in 1996 as soon as I dig it up. Peace |
