Horse, I have been with tendinitis on my wrist for 2 1/2 months. Started training last week. I asked your same question on this board, and nobody responed. It seems that corticoids arent popular arround here. Corticoids can make the injurie worst sometimes. High vitamin c doses help to prevent and maybe to heal a little. Anyway I went to a phisical therepist ED. It helped, slowly but helped. So, my advise is to stop training and dont even thing on juicing before you are ok (yes, I know its sad). Believe me, there is no short way or dirty trick that can help these time.

Corticosteroids are anti-inflammatory, but the downside is, they suppress your immune system/antibodies, and are catabolic/muscle-wasting.

What you can take is deer antler velvet. It is a natural source of glucosamine and chondroitin and amino acids, and allegedly increase IGF-1 and GH. Best for joint pain or tendon/ligament soreness. HGH could be very relevant, if not the best, for your condition too. You could take a combination of glucosamine, chondroitin, MSM.

To reduce inflammation and pain, you can choose any of the following:

1) Omega-3, Omega-6 fatty acids
2) Nonsteroidal Anti-inflammatory drugs - Asprin, Acetaminophen, Ibuprofen, Naproxen Sodium and Ketoprofen.
3) Herbs like Ginger, arnica and tumeric for inflamed joints and sore muscles.
4) SAM-e (S-adenosyl-L-methionine)for joint pain due to worn and damages cartilage.
