I have been reading the posts here for about 3 weeks. I like the opinions of all those concerned. Seems more truthful than a site that is selling something and talking you into their products.

I have been trying to gain mass since I was 18 and I am 31 now. I am very frustrated with my last effort. I spent 1 year, working out 4-5 days a week with a partner. Bland but good diet, no junk. Tuna, chicken protein shakes and supplements.
I gained 10 lbs, up to 153, more strength than size.

I have come to the conclusion that it is just not in my genes to be huge and ripped.
I AM NOT WILLING TO ACCEPT THAT JUST YET...

I need help, everyone seems to have their favorite stacks and types to use. What should a beginner use. I am not comfortable taking things that race the heart or cause heart flutter like Ma Huang.

I was in the same position, and it seems the best things to take would be as follows:

d-bol:
this will get things started quickly, you should order between 200 and 300 pills and take about 20-30mg daily for about 6-8 weeks.

This alone supposedly gives pretty good results, but most like to stack it w\ an injectable. The most talked about seem to be sustanon, and deca-durabolin. So these would be good to stack with it. Make sure you read about taking liver\kidney precations, as well as gyno precautions. These can be done by getting some Milk Thistle at a local health food store, and by taking some arimidex, or nolvadex w\ your cycle. Most also suggest getting some clomid to solidify your gains after your cycle. Hope I have helped... again I am pretty new, but this is the gist I have gotten.

Go to the articals section and try the hardgainers workout. If you are a hardgainer and are working out 5x a week that is counter productive. I just started it for the hell of it and have been getting good results. Give it a shot.

FirstTimeUser offered up a good first cycle, but I would not run the Dbols for more than five weeks if you choose to do that stack. You will definitely gain.
