I did it. Walmart Pharmacy, 10ml/100i.u. Humalin R, and 100 29ga, 1/2 cc, 1/2in needle... all for $30. I am happy with all the research I have done, and will start tomorro morning, 5 i.u.     | ||

I take creatine, but I haven't ever used glutamine. Is this a suppliment found at a health food store? | ||

What does the Glutamine do when used with slin? | ||

It gets shuttled into muscle cells with slin, giving a huge boost in effects. It helps tremedously in recovery. It is a cell volumizer. I take it everyday even without slin. I feel its effects in pumps. I dont get that burning sensation as much when I use glutamine so my workouts are less painfull ------------------ "Catch a man a fish, he eats for a day. Humilin R is over the counter. Usually they won't ask for a prescription. They only do if they want to be pricks. I've had no trouble getting it myself... ------------------ | ||

What are the letters after humalin stand for? Some have an I, R, L........what am I looking at and which is best for bodybuilding needs ? ------------------ | ||

The ideal insulin would be Humalog. Most people can't get this though as a prescription is needed. Humilin R is the second best choice for bodybuiding purposes. Both humalog and humilin R and fast acting, with the humalog being the fastest... ------------------ |
