I'm not fat, I'm naturally lean and I have a big ass from all the heavy ass to floor squats I did for three years. I used to think that it was cute because the girls like it, especially since I'm naturally lean. But now I'm starting to feel like a girl myself. I stopped doing all squats a couple months ago but it hasn't gotten any smaller. Now I'm thinking of stopping leg presses as well and only do leg extensions to maintain my quad size. What should I do, are leg curls responsible for building up the ass as well? Help! ------------------ | ||

Try hack squats as your core exercise, followed by extensions and seated leg curls. | ||

Yeah, I'm just messin with ya. It should atrophy if you stop working it. Unless people are telling you that your ass is too big, then I wouldn't worry about it. | ||

I got the same problem, my ass is big cuz of heavy squats. I had some chicks say it looks tight tho. but its definately big. | ||

chicks love the ghetto booty... squaters butt, if you will. Unless it makes you look wierd, or people tell you soo. Don't worry. Since your are lean, there should be no problem. Don't stop squatting though, just change your goal, go for strength and power... | ||

do isolation for quads before "your open chain exercises" like squats ex leg ext, hack sqt / sissy sqt, leg press, squat, overtraining the area might work it worked for me doing 60 sets of lp and squat per week but cramps were part of that. don't sweat it too much the chicks do dig that! | ||

I would change your squat routine around and base it off different exercises according to how your legs and ass develop! Mass Monster |
