Never done it, but today 365 flew up 11 times it took me by surprise. I guess the eq is working and I could have got another rep if my mind was expecting that. The nonhackers with the wifebeaters will bow down next week! BWWAAHHAAAAA ------------------ | ||

I love doin em, i started doin em at the end of my back routine 3 weeks ago on tuesdays, but last saturday i hurt my lower back doin 630 pound hacks. i went to the chiro and he fixed me up, i;ll be back trainin tommorow. He says my hams are to tight and it is pullin my pelvis in or some shit so it struck a nerve, hurt like hell. My form is real good on deads and iwent to 315 both weeks for 10, felt way light, but you think it had somethin to do with my lower back or what. | ||

I pulled 501 for my first time in a powerlifting meet last weekend. I am 26, 242lbs, and about 22% bf, all natural so far, I am starting slin, and I wonder what some gear could do??? | ||

Alright bro, I have been training for 3 years and have not deadlifted for a full year, I started back at them around a month ago, I pulled a 594 without to much trouble, Previous to this I was doing mainly heavy shrugs for upper back, and my p.b with this is 836 x 12 reps, I am 270lbs at 6ft with 14% body fat. I'm gonna see how many I can get with 405 too. A few weeks ago I got 385x7 so I'm feeling optimistic. I love doing lifts that not many can do or attempt to do. Let us know how many reps U get SD! I'm hoping to crank out 5. | ||

Im gonna pull 8. I dont give a shit if I have to rest/pause every rep. LOL. Relalay, if i got 365 for an easy 11, 405 should go 8. Im gonna get some stares where I work out at....hehe ------------------ |
